The assistance provided throughout the stay was precious. This place has a unique mix of old and new flavours. The location is just perfect for exploring all the main attractions in the city, especially if you are traveling with a kid.

They give you a breakfast token to spend at a coffee bar at the end of the street. Very nice choice. Bologna is a smallish city so we walked around it with out a problem.

lovely modern room. Eduardo, who met us, was really helpful and informative it was really good that there was a kitchen area for you to use.. The location was perfect. I loved the piazza outside of the accommodation. Breakfast in nearby patisserie was a bonus.

Lovely attic with wooden balks in a historic palace. Elegantly furnished. Cozy atmosphere. Perfect location with the right balance of quiet and lively surroundings. Great breakfast at the backer’s nearby.

Perfect location to explore Bologna in a fantastic building steeped in history quirky. Perfect picture views out of bedroom and bathroom windows. Loved the small door entrance into the building beyond. Entrance and stairs amazing managed to walk up 4 flights of stairs by end of stay...although the lift does come in handy. Make sure you walk up via the endless porticos to the Sanctuary of San Luca...amazing! Stop on the way there ... and back in one or two cafs.

The place is very pleasant, very well located. The staff is super polite and very helpful. Everything is very close, it's very easy to walk around the city. Breakfast option at a nearby bakery. And an excellent ice cream shop 20 meters away. The market is a 5-minute walk away. It was an excellent stay.

Fun place in a historic palazzo. Elevator to the third floor but then you have to walk up two more flights so be aware before booking. We loved our little room with a peek a boo view of the Bologna. Very historic with low beams and uneven floors. Separate area for shared kitchen and shared sitting area. Breakfast was down the street at a tiny but delicious bakery.

Location is amazing, the room and common area are extremely clean, professional staff and smooth check in, 4 complementary coffees in the room, big and comfortable bathroom. The common kitchen and seating area is very cute and welcoming, with the wine they produce themselves. We got takeaway pizza and had it with a bottle of their wine in the kitchen, and this was a great addition to our Bologna trip.
